Getting There FIrst : What’s in a name?
Many workplace issues become more difficult to manage and resolve if they are left unattended. For example, stress, bullying and harassment and performance management issues. ‘Getting There First’ is about encouraging and motivating managers, team leaders and staff to intervene before issues become a problem – to recognise, discuss and resolve problems in the first instance, resolving issues at the lowest possible level.
